How do you get the best results from HOTWORX?
The key to training success is cross-training my friends. Use all of the numerous workouts available and never let yourself get stuck on one workout type. My workout routine consists of five weight training sessions Monday – Friday at 7:30 am and 3-4 Infrared isometric workouts per week usually during my lunch break.
